• All room categories are based on double occupancy and are inclusive of breakfast,
• Prices for all rooms (except Chaba Villa) are based on double occupancy and include breakfast.
• Prices for Chaba Villa are based on quadruple occupancy and include breakfast.  'There are no discounts for triple occupancy in Chaba Villa'.
• An extra bed (including breakfast) can be provided in any room except the Pool Suites ; two extra beds can be provided in Chaba Villa.
• Aleenta welcomes children over the age of 12 at the Resort Wing and welcome children of all aged at the Frangipani Wing.
• Peak season period (20 Dec 08 - 09 Jan 09) requires minimum 7 nights booking.
• A 2 nights minimum stay is recommended during the weekends and public holidays.
• For the comfort and security of all guests, Aleenta does not allow pets.
• Check-in time is 14.00 pm. and check-out timeis 12.00 pm.
